The space

The lounge has large windows with a garden view and the apartment is bright with natural light. Full size, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, laundry. 2 double bedrooms at the front and a double bedroom at the back with an en-suite shower room. The entrance to the apartment has 3 flights of stairs but they aren't too strenuous. There is no elevator.

This is a brand new apartment and everything is new and modern. The apartment is not large, but nicely proportioned and cosy. The bedrooms are all good sized doubles and are perfect for a vacation.

Other things to note

The location is fantastic and central, but relatively quiet so you feel like you are in an oasis in the middle of a bustling city. It's important to be quiet and considerate of the neighbors as this is a residential location where the locals live.

Parking
You can park outside the apartment on the street or nearby streets. The parking is €2.40 for 4 hrs. 09.00 to 19.00. Free on Saturday and Sunday

Tourist tax
There is a city tourist tax to pay on arrival by cash of €2.50 per adult per night (max 7 nights)
