We start with a welcome drink of Port wine and snacks before we head off exploring the cobbled streets of Porto and taking in the local atmosphere. We'll also tell you some interesting stories about Porto along the way!
We will visit a Portuguese restaurant where the locals eat and sample the traditional food known as 'petiscos' – small dishes like tapas. You'll be able to try fish (bacalhau), traditional meat specilaities and a glass of wine or beer. We will then go on a walk down the narrow streets of Porto towards the Douro river and stop off for wine and olive oil tasting as we go.
We will finish with a farewell coffee and pastel de natas in a traditional portuguese cafe, to relax and wind down after our 2.5 hour experience.
